Practicing the art of massage since 2001, Catherine is a graduate of MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Crested Butte, Colorado where she earned an 850 hour certification. She then trained with the Upledger Institute in Colorado Springs for CranioSacral Therapy in 2002. She moved back to North Carolina in 2007 after offering massage for 6 years in the destination ski resorts of Crested Butte and Telluride, Colorado. Her specialty is in women’s health and she is currently enrolled at NCSU working toward a Psychology degree, focusing her research on how massage affects the mind and body of women. As a mother, daughter, and sister, Catherine cares about the stress on women in today’s world. She is new to the Cary area and excited about joining the wonderful group of women at Harmony Life, Catherine invites you to experience her work today!
